Titan Swap / Extended Axle Shafts By Rugged Rocks
If you’re looking to Titan Swap while retaining the stock R180 front differential of your 05+ Xterra/Frontier, then these are the axles you’ll want. These axles will have some design improvements over other axles to keep the cv boot from slipping out of place. They will be made of 4340 chromoly steel. CV Boots will be available separately.

3.54 & Up, C200K Rear Air Locker by ARB

All Non-Pro4X Xterras/Frontiers with Automatic Transmissions came with the C200K rear axle.
This axle has a limitation when it comes to wanting to regear for larger tires. You can only run a 3.36 & Down gear ratio with the current ARB Locker offering. This locker would open up the possibility of running 3.54 numerically higher gears.

Titan Swap Upper Control Arms, Wide Mount
The Upper control arms are a crucial piece to the suspension system when doing a Titan swap. These Upper Control Arms increase overall wheel travel, allow for the most down travel possible and at compression doesn’t hit the top of the fender with a 35” tire without a body lift. (Fender trimming near the firewall required) We eliminate the common problem  of the Upper Control Arm hitting the coil bucket by making the control arm wider and installing a simple weld on bracket. These arms use greasable ball joints & bushings which lasts longer than heim joints and uniballs in harsh cold weather environments.

Radflo Internal Reservoir Titan Swap Coilovers
In addition to Radflos usual Nissan shock offerings, we have worked with Radflo to make a 2.5” Internal reservoir shock at the proper length for our wide-mount Titan swap upper control arms. However Rugged Rocks is a direct dealer with Radflo and can supply their shocks for many different suspension configurations.

H233B Gears by Revolution – 5.13, 5.57, 5.89 Ratios
Rugged Rocks has worked with Revolution gear and axle to bring down the cost of Nissan H233B gears in 5.13, 5.57 and 5.89 ratios to $265 which is about half the cost of the OEM versions at $500 which are also slowly being discontinued. The 5.13 gears are ready to ship and the 5.57 and 5.89 ratios are due in later this year. The availability of these gears makes matching gears for Solid Axle Swaps much easier.

270A High Ouptut Alternator by DC Power
The same technology as our 180A alternators by DC Power Engineering, but BIGGER! This alternator uses efficient hairpin windings allowing high current to be generated at idle, and 270 amps within the normal driving RPM range. 
These alternators would be available for all 4.0 v6, and 5.6L v8 Nissan applications.
